The InterGenic Intergenerational Best Practice eBook showcases the powerful outcomes of uniting youth and seniors to support the European Union's twin (digital and green) transitions. Co-funded by the European Union and the ERASMUS+ programme in the field of adult education , the project centered on an Intergenerational Action Methodology that fostered mutual learning, knowledge exchange, and co-creation of innovative, locally relevant solutions. The core of this resource is a collection of seven Intergenerational Joint Actions developed by a partnership of eight organizations from seven countries, which provide concrete guidance for communities seeking to strengthen social inclusion, enhance digital literacy, and promote sustainability across generations.

The InterGenic Facilitators' Handbook for Collaborative Action is an essential resource designed to guide professionals in implementing successful and impactful intergenerational actions. Co-funded by the European Union and the ERASMUS+ programme, the Handbook provides a comprehensive methodological framework for uniting youth and seniors to address local challenges related to the EU's twin (digital and green) transitions. It details a 12-step process, built on the five stages of design thinking, and employs a blend of Participatory, Co-creation, Visual, and Themed-Based Hackathon methodologies to ensure both generations are equally engaged and empowered to develop, test, and scale their solutions for community improvement.
